Owned and operated by Dean & Wayne Foell, Tri State Inspection is a full service home inspection company located in Fargo, North Dakota. Dean Foell is the original owner and has been fortunate to have his son Wayne begin working with him in the home inspection business so that Tri State Inspection can give even better inspection services in the Fargo, Moorhead region as well as the Tri State region.

Dean has over 35 years as an inspector and over 15 years as a Home Inspector. He has completed more than 8000 inspections and is ready to take care of you and your inspection needs.

Dean is registered with the State of North Dakota and Tri State Inspection was the lead company to push for getting inspection standards in place for inspectors in North Dakota.  Dean also attended the in-residence American Home Inspectors Training Institute in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Dean and Wayne are certified home inspectors with the American Home Inspectors (AHIT) and the National Association of Home Inspectors (NACHI).
